Where do you ship firearms?
We will ship to U.S only addresses.
To FFL Holders only. No international shipments on any firearms or firearm related parts.
Below is a list of States do we NOT ship firearms to.
California , Hawaii, Illinois, - No Shipping to NYC, or Washington DC.
What items have to be shipped to an FFL Dealer?
Fully assembled firearms.
The Lower Receiver requires an FFL, any other AR parts can be shipped to the customer directly
What service do you use to ship parts?
USPS - United States Postal Service.
We use Priority service
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard,, Money Orders, & Cash
Do you charge sales tax?
YES. All Georgia State residents are charged 6% sales tax.
Layaway & Payment Plans :
In the interest of the collector, Semper Fi Arms is willing to work with its customers in order to enable them to purchase the items they desire in a cost effective and timely manner. Due to already low profit margins Semper Fi Arms is able to work with its customers on a payment plan up to 45 days from purchase but we will do everything we can within that time frame to accommodate your purchase. Our general layaway terms are as follows:
25% Down payment with either weekly or by-weekly thereafter. If after the 45 day period the full amount has not been paid all monies will be forfeited and the item will be relisted for sale.
No layaway on auction items unless agreed upon prior to auction bid
No layaway on items less than $400.

With customer satisfaction a high priority at Semper Fi Arms, we urge you to read the following information. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to making you firearms purchase.
All warranty's are covered by the products manufacturer , We will be glad to assist in helping with a warranty issue, if you have a problem please email or call we will be glad to help get the problem resolved.
New firearms are covered by the manufacturers warranty and should be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair.
There is no warranty on used guns unless otherwise specified before purchase.
Any returned items must be unfired and in the exact condition in which it was shipped to your dealer. This includes boxes and accessories.
Any shipping or Gunbroker auction fees are nonrefundable.
